Forklift Driver

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking experienced High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a well‑established client located in South Granville, NSW, with the site relocating to Narellan in the future. This role involves working with spare parts for construction and mining equipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Key Duties:- Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Load, unload, and move construction and mining spare parts
- RF scanning and order picking
- Replenishments and put-aways
- Pallet jack operation
- Inventory management and dispatch tasks
- Manual handling as required
About You:- Current NSW LF forklift licence (High-Risk Work)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating a high reach forklift
- Counterbalance forklift experience
- Previous warehousing/distribution experience
- Comfortable handling heavy or industrial spare parts
- Proficient with RF scanning and pick packing
- Reliable, motivated, team-oriented with a positive "can do" attitude
- Ability to transition to Narellan location when required
