Forklift Driver

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking experienced High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a well‑established client located in South Granville, NSW, with the site relocating to Narellan in the future. This role involves working with spare parts for construction and mining equipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  
  Key Duties:
  • Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts
  • Load, unload, and move construction and mining spare parts
  • RF scanning and order picking
  • Replenishments and put-aways
  • Pallet jack operation
  • Inventory management and dispatch tasks
  • Manual handling as required
  
  About You:
  • Current NSW LF forklift licence (High-Risk Work)
  • Minimum 1 year experience operating a high reach forklift
  • Counterbalance forklift experience
  • Previous warehousing/distribution experience
  • Comfortable handling heavy or industrial spare parts
  • Proficient with RF scanning and pick packing
  • Reliable, motivated, team-oriented with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Ability to transition to Narellan location when required
