Forklift Driver

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse operation for a well‑established client located in Smithfield, NSW. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone confident operating both high reach and counterbalance forklifts, while also assisting with general warehouse duties.

Key Details:

• Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm $33.38/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
• Putaway and replenishment of stock using high reach forklifts
• RF scanning pick pack.
• Perform manual handling tasks both on and off the forklift
• Conduct stock movements and assist with inventory control
• Follow all WHS policies and site safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

About You:

• Valid forklift licence (LF) - essential
• Proven experience operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
• Ability to work both on and off the forklift as required
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices
• Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented attitude
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
