Counterbalance Forklift Driver

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced distribution environment, ideal for operators who enjoy a structured rotating roster, teamwork and consistent hours.

Shift details:

• Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday - x2 Morning Shifts & x2 Night Shifts per week
• 12-hour shifts: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am
• Two full weekends off per month

Example Roster:
2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off


Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift, twin tyne experience ideal but not essential
• Loading and unloading trucks and staging freight
• Replenishments, put-aways and pallet movements
• RF scanning and order picking (where required)
• Completing work orders, reconciliations and system entries
• Inventory control, dispatch tasks and general warehouse duties
• Manual handling as required

About you:

• A current NSW LF forklift licence
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Previous warehouse or distribution centre experience
• Confidence using RF scanners and warehouse systems
• A positive, motivated attitude and strong attention to detail
