Warehouse Storeperson

HOBAN Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson with their LF Licence to join an agricultural manufacturing team located in Cowra, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and teamwork within a manufacturing operation.

Working within our warehouse and production support team, you will be responsible for warehouse operations, forklift driving, inventory handling, and kitting components for production assembly.

Shift Times Available:

• 5am - 1:06pm
• 6am - 2:06pm
• 7am - 3:06pm

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and kitting parts for production requirements
• Forklift operation and material handling
• Receiving and dispatching goods
• Stock control and inventory management
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness
• Supporting production teams with parts supply and logistics
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

• Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
• Previous warehouse/storeperson experience
• Experience with kitting or manufacturing support highly regarded
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills and inventory system experience preferred
