$36 for Counterbalance - 7am-3pm

$34 for pick packers - 10am -6pm

We're seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators and Pick Packers to join our client, a leading national 3PL logistics provider.

Work with brand-new Hyster forklifts, excellent leadership, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating High Reach forklifts confidently at heights, including ugly freight.
• Using/able to adapt to Hyster forklifts with camera guidance systems
• Accurately navigating racking and storage systems
• Maintaining a strong safety focus at all times
• Contributing to daily warehouse KPIs and team targets

What You Must Have

• Minimum 12 months' experience with High Reach, counterbalance
• Minimum 12 months' pick packing, RF scanners, electric pallet jacks
• Valid LF forklift licence
• Clear Police check + ale to pass Drug and Alcohol and random drug testing.
• Confident using or learning Hyster forklifts (camera‑assisted operation)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid teamwork and communication skills
