About the Role
This is a varied, hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working across different tasks and environments. You will be responsible for:
- LO forklift operations within the warehouse
- Invoicing, dispatch and general administration
- Attending client sites as an on‑call technician (full training provided)
- Deliveries of products to customers and healthcare facilities
- Supporting day‑to‑day warehouse and service operations
What You'll Need
We're looking for someone who is reliable, service‑focused and ready to learn.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
- Valid LO licence and LO forklift operating experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - able to interact professionally with doctors, nurses and clinical staff
- Strong computer skills with CRMs, warehouse systems, invoicing and dispatch
- A caring, service‑oriented attitude
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with warehouse tools
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- C‑class driver's licence
- Ability to pass police clearance and drug & alcohol testing (including random tests)
