High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators - Day & Afternoon Shifts

About the Role

HOBAN is proud to partner with a major Warehouse Distribution Company located in Melbourne's thriving western suburbs. We're currently seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join our growing team across Day and Afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle incoming and outgoing goods
• Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts to load and unload trucks
• Use RF scanners for accurate picking, packing, and stock control
• Assist with inventory checks, cycle counts, and pallet management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' forklift experience in a busy warehouse
• Current LF Forklift Licence (with High Reach and Counterbalance experience essential)
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Reliable transport and a commitment to punctuality
• Relationship builder with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Solid understanding of Workplace Health & Safety practices
• Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors
