HOBAN Recruitment is currently hiring motivated and reliable team members to join our expanding casual workforce in the Western Suburbs. If you're confident with RF scanning, order picking, and pallet stacking, and enjoy working in a busy environment, this could be the ideal role for you.

We have multiple positions available for both Tugger Operators and Pick Packers. You'll play an important role in supporting order fulfilment and distribution tasks, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and meeting daily targets.

These roles are based in the Western Suburbs, with day and afternoon shifts available from Monday to Friday. Pay rates range from $33 to $39 per hour plus super.

To be successful, you'll have at least one year of recent warehouse experience, be comfortable using RF scanners, and have the ability to safely handle pallets and perform manual lifting. A strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures, reliable transport, good punctuality, and clear communication skills are essential. Basic computer knowledge is an advantage, and a current Police Check is required.

Tugger Operators must have at least 12 months of proven experience operating a Tugger, while Pick Packers should have demonstrated skills in order picking, packing, labelling, and RF scanning with a strong attention to detail and efficiency.
