Play the role of a simulated patient & help our future GP's pass exams!
The Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP) has partnered up with HOBAN Recruitment to assist with the management of Exams virtually across Australia. We're seeking exam role players of all ages (18-65yrs), male and female, to simulate a patient experience by simply reading a case study and following a script. The student will then be assessed by the examiner based on their interactions with you. All facilitated online via Zoom, in the comfort of your own home!

As a role player, you will have:
- Confidence in your acting skills / role play situations
- Great communication skills & ability to build rapport
- A high level of attention to detail - ability to retain information
- Your own computer, working microphone and webcam allowing participants and examiners to clearly hear and see you during the exam
- Strong internet connection
- A quiet space without interruptions
We are looking for exam role players available for the following exam dates:
- Saturday, 13th June 2026
- Sunday, 14th June 2026
- Saturday, 20th June 2026
- Sunday, 21st June 2026
Shortlisted candidates should be available for the below training schedules as required:
- Tuesday, 09th June 2026
- Wednesday, 10th June 2026
- Monday, 15th June 2026
- Tuesday, 16th June 2026
- Wednesday, 17th June 2026
Exams will run across mornings, afternoons and evenings - Australian Eastern Standard Time. Min 4 hour shifts available. Students will be from all across the country, hence, there may be a requirement to work at their local time.
