Seeking Expressions of Interest - Exam Supervisors & Exam Support Staff

HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking Expressions of Interest from reliable, professional candidates to assist with an upcoming university exam period at a large university campus located in Hawthorn.

The campus is easily accessible via public transport, including train services, with on-site parking also available.

Exam Period

• Thursday 11th June - Friday 12th June 2026
• Monday 15th June - Friday 19th June 2026

Multiple AM and PM shifts will be available throughout the exam period.

Duties May Include

• Supervising exam rooms
• Checking student identification
• Distributing and collecting exam materials
• Monitoring students during examinations
• Providing clear instructions and support to students
• Assisting with room setup and pack down
• Maintaining strict exam procedures and confidentiality
