HOBAN Recruitment are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Warehouse Administrator to support operations for a well‑established client located in Erskine Park, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and administrative support within a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Key Details:
- Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: Erskine Park, NSW
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all WHS, Quality and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies and legal requirements
- Deliver positive, professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage customer enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessary
- Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, transport providers, and warehouse teams
- Ensure accurate warehouse and transport documentation
- Prepare basic KPI and operational reports
- Follow SOPs for order processing, billing, and stock movements
- Support stocktakes, customer visits, and on-site activities
- Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations
About You:
- Previous customer service experience - essential
- Experience within logistics, transport or warehousing
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Proven conflict resolution and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience using warehouse or transport management systems
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- High attention to detail with a proactive, can‑do attitude
