HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to provide high-quality, professional service at the first point of contact for residents, community members, and internal staff located in Melton Melbourne. This role involves face-to-face, phone, and email interactions, ensuring accurate information and efficient service delivery.
About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple platforms (counter, phone, email).
- Accurately process payments and perform daily banking and cashiering functions.
- Provide timely and accurate information on services and facilities.
- Record customer requests in corporate systems and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide new team members when required.

About You
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- PC literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Experience in high-level customer service and cashiering functions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Current valid driver's licence (Victorian preferred).
