Hourly rate: $40.56 + super
Full-time, temporary position (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm)
Docklands office with hybrid after training
Start date: mid-January 2026
About the Role
You'll assist families and their estate representatives-including solicitors and branch staff-in finalising the financial matters of a loved one. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service with empathy and care
Closing accounts and updating customer records
Reviewing wills, death certificates, and other key documents
Processing banking requests with accuracy and care
Managing 15-25 calls per day, offering reassurance and clear guidance
Handling email correspondence and following compliance processes
To set you up for success, you'll receive four weeks of structured training, ongoing coaching, and daily team support.
About You

Ablity to navigate multiple systems maintain case notes
Previous experience in a similar environment highly valued (collections, claims, complaints)
- Eligible to work 38 hours per week with unlimited working rights in Australia
