This company offers an online platform that connects businesses with reliable contractors and suppliers. The system verifies safety, compliance, and qualifications to help reduce workplace risks. This is the great opportunity to get into IT industry for entry level candidate for your career. They are seeking Japanese speakers with English skills to join their team. In this role, you will provide front-line support to suppliers by handling inquiries, checking compliance documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding and service experience across multiple communication channels. Full training will be provided during the initial months, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, chat, and other service channels in Japanese and English
- Resolve complex supplier issues with a focus on customer experience and compliance accuracy
- Verify and process regulatory documents including insurance, safety manuals, and OSHA/MSHA records
- Accurately log all interactions in Salesforce (Service Cloud) and follow up as needed
- Support customer billing and subscription inquiries
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supplier needs and improve service delivery
- Participate in outbound campaigns and annual update verifications
- Maintain high standards in interaction quality, verification accuracy, and productivity metrics
- Regular and predictive attendance
IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environments preferred but not mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
- Proficiency with PC applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) not mandatory
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and self-motivation
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new systems and processes
- Familiarity with compliance documentation and supplier onboarding is a plus
- Fluency in both Japanese and English verbal & written communication
- Permanent Resident, Australian Citizen and Partner visa holders with more than 2 years unlimited work rights.
