About the role
We're seeking a reliable MR Truck Driver to join the City Assets / Infrastructure Services team. This hands-on role involves operating MR trucks for waste collection, material deliveries, and general civil support across local infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate MR trucks safely for scheduled tasks.
• Assist with waste collection, materials delivery, and site support.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report vehicle defects.
• Follow WHS procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Current MR Driver's Licence (essential).
• Experience operating MR trucks in civil, construction, or maintenance contexts.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable.
• White Card (preferred).

About the role
We're looking for a hands-on Road Worker to support the City Assets / Infrastructure Services team with maintenance of local roads, drainage, and community infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out road repairs, patching, drainage cleaning, and footpath maintenance.
• Set up, operate, and pack up work sites, including traffic control measures.
• Operate hand tools and light machinery safely.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain a clean site.
• Work effectively in a team to meet scheduled works.

Requirements

• Experience in road, civil, or construction work preferred.
• White Card required.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Strong safety awareness and reliability.
• MR/HR licence a bonus but not essential.
