Customer Service Officer
Location: Adelaide
Work Type: Casual
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service / Site Administrator to provide short-term leave cover at a busy distribution site. This is a hands-on role supporting daily operations across customer service, logistics, and site administration.
Training and a full handover will be provided prior to commencement. There is also potential for the role to extend into a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process and manage orders in SAP, including issue resolution
- Support production scheduling and daily reporting
- Coordinate purchasing and monitor inventory levels
- Liaise with transport providers and manage deliveries
- Provide general reception and administrative support
- Coordinate site access, contractors, and facility needs
About You
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in a fast-paced operational or logistics environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident using systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Working Hours
- Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
- Friday: 6:30am - 3:00pm
