We are seeking motivated and detail-focused Data Entry Operators to join a fast-paced, structured operation based in Ravenhall. This role suits individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments and take pride in accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
You will be responsible for high-volume alphanumeric data entry while working to defined KPIs and quality benchmarks. Regular feedback will support ongoing development and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- High-volume alphanumeric data entry
- Working to daily and weekly KPIs
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and data integrity
- Meeting productivity benchmarks and deadlines
- Adhering to confidentiality, compliance, and process standards
- Actively engaging in continuous improvement
About You
- Previous data entry experience preferred
- Ability to complete a data entry test with a minimum benchmark of 10,000 KSPH
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, and structured environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual
- Full Australian working rights
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Police Check
- Be available to commence 20th May
