Join a fast-paced logistics operation where you’ll play a key role in keeping customers, warehouse and transport teams connected.
We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative who thrives on coordination, problem-solving and building strong customer relationships. You’ll manage the day-to-day needs of your customers while working closely with warehouse, transport and operations teams to ensure goods move smoothly from receipt through to dispatch.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering the chance to secure a long-term position within a supportive and established team.

What you’ll be doing
- Act as the key point of contact for your customers, managing day-to-day queries and requirements
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
- Coordinate orders with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues before they impact the customer
- Accurately process rates, charges and customer information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the warehouse management system
- Track service performance and contribute to continuous improvement
- Work closely with warehouse teams, fleet controllers and other operational stakeholders
- Previous customer service experience – essential
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of data accuracy
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to prioritise, problem-solve and remain composed in a busy environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; WMS experience is highly regarded
- A proactive, team-focused approach
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
