Forklift Driver

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking experienced High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse team in Arndell Park. This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who are confident working both on and off the forklift, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key Details:
• Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $34.96 per hour + super
• Casual position
• Temp-to-perm opportunity
Key Duties:
• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload containers manually as required
• RF scanning and order picking
• Stock replenishments and put-aways
• Move stock throughout the warehouse and staging areas
• Assist with receiving and dispatch activities
• General warehouse duties and manual handling tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
About You:
• Current NSW LF forklift licence (High-Risk Work)
• Previous high reach and counterbalance forklift experience
• Comfortable working both on and off the forklift
• Experience with RF scanning and warehouse systems
• Physically fit and capable of manual unloading and lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
