Forklift Driver

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking experienced High Reach & Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a busy warehouse team for our client located in Pemulwuy, NSW. This role involves handling furniture products, so candidates must be confident working with bulky, heavy items both on and off the forklift.

Shift Times:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm $37.01/hr
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm $39.58/hr

Key Duties:

• Operate high reach forklifts (Toyota, Crown, Raymond)
• Operate counterbalance forklifts for loading and unloading
• RF scanning and order picking
• Replenishment and putaways of stock
• Load/unload and move furniture products safely and efficiently
• Pallet jack operation
• Inventory management and dispatch tasks
• Manual handling of bulky items as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with WHS policies

About You:

• Current NSW LF forklift licence (High Risk Work) – essential
• Minimum 1 year high reach experience
• Confident operating counterbalance forklifts
• Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment
• Comfortable handling large, bulky furniture items
• Proficient with RF scanning and pick packing processes
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
