Forklift Driver

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking experienced Counterbalance/Twin Forklift Operators to join a leading 3PL warehouse located in Horsley Park, NSW. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced operation where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are highly valued.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday | 11:00am – 7:00pm
• Monday to Friday | 1:00pm – 9:00pm
• Rotating 12-hour roster | 6:00am – 6:00pm & 6:00pm – 6:00am
• Two full weekends off per month.

Example Roster:
• 2 days on - 2 days off - 3 days on - 2 days off - 2 days on - 3 days off

Key Duties:

• Operate Counterbalance and Twin Fork forklifts
• Load and unload trucks and trailers
• Stage products and move stock throughout the warehouse
• Complete work order reconciliations and Oracle data entry
• RF scanning and order picking as required
• Conduct replenishments and put-aways
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
• Inventory management and dispatch tasks
• Manual handling as required
• Follow all site safety procedures and warehouse processes

About You:

• Current NSW LF forklift licence (Counterbalance / Twin Fork experience)
• Minimum 1 year experience operating Counterbalance or Twin Fork forklifts
• Previous warehousing/distribution experience
• Proficient with RF scanning and pick packing systems
• Experience using warehouse management systems highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable, motivated, team-oriented with a positive "can do" attitude
• Ability to work across your selected shift pattern consistently
