Technician

HOBAN Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing environment based in Cowra, NSW.

This is a hands-on technical role involving the assembly and testing of agricultural equipment, suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Days: Monday to Friday
Start Time: Flexible – 5:00am, 6:00am or 7:00am
Pay Rate: $36.40 per hour

Key Duties:

• Assembly of agricultural equipment
  
  
• General and technical assembly
  
  
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
  
  
• End-of-line testing
  
  
• Hydraulic fitting and routing
  
  
• Working with electronic components
  
  
• Training assembly staff on new products
  
  
• Identifying process and efficiency improvements
  
  
• Following workplace procedures and safety requirements
  
  

About You:

• Current forklift licence- essential
  
  
• Previous assembly, manufacturing or similar technical experience
  
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Experience with hydraulics and/or electronics would be highly regarded
  
  
• Confident using tools and working in a hands-on environment
  
  
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
  
  
• Available Monday to Friday
