Kitchen Manufacturing Workers – Assembly / Vinyl / Pressing Stations

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Kitchen Manufacturing Workers to join a busy production team based in Somerton. Multiple opportunities are available across assembly, vinyl, and pressing stations for candidates looking for stable ongoing work and the opportunity to develop their skills within the manufacturing industry.

Cabinet making experience is highly regarded; however, it is not essential. We are open to candidates with manufacturing, assembly, or hands-on experience who have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Shift Times:

• Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:06pm
  
  
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:06pm – 11:00pm
  
  
• Friday Afternoon Shifts finish at: 7:00pm
  
  
• Overtime available on Saturdays when required
  
  

Pay Rate: $33.05 – $40.00 per hour 

About the Role:

You will be working within a kitchen manufacturing environment and may be assigned across various production stations, including:

• Kitchen cabinet assembly
  
  
• Vinyl station operations
  
  
• Pressing station operations
  
  
• Measuring, assembling, and preparing kitchen components
  
  
• Using hand tools and equipment safely
  
  
• Following production instructions and quality standards
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  
  

About You:

• Previous experience in kitchen manufacturing, cabinet making, joinery, or furniture production is highly regarded
  
  
• Cabinet making experience is advantageous but not essential
  
  
• Experience in assembly, vinyl, or pressing stations is preferred
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  
  
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
