Labourer

HOBAN Recruitment are seeking reliable Labourers to join a busy manufacturing and production environment located in Horsley Park. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates who can demonstrate initiative and are comfortable with repetitive physical work.

Days: Monday to Friday
Shifts:
Day shift- 6am-2pm- $33p/hr
Afternoon Shift- 2pm-10pm- $38p/hr

Key Duties:

• Repetitive manual handling of up to 15kg
• Support production line operations as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow workplace procedures and maintain safety standards (WHS)
• Assist team members to meet daily production targets
• Potential overtime

About You:

• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting (up to 15kg)
• Strong understanding of workplace processes and procedures
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to rotate duties where required
• Reliable transport
