About the RoleWe are seeking a Freight Customer Service Representative to join a growing freight and logistics team on a permanent full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers. Experience in freight, transport or logistics is highly regarded, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries professionally across phone, email, and live chat
- Monitor shipment progress and keep customers informed of important delivery updates
- Communicate with carriers and relevant stakeholders to investigate and resolve delivery issues
- Ensure customer and shipment information is accurately maintained across Cargowise system
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate solutions and deliver a high level of customer service
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-up
- Effectively manage competing priorities and respond promptly to urgent customer and delivery matters
- 1–2+ years of experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong customer-first mindset and a natural ability to resolve problems
- High attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to stay composed, professional and solution-focused in a high-pressure environment
- Confidence working with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems
- A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach to working within a team
- Full wroking rights in Australia
- Currently you are based in Sydney
- No sponsorship
- 5 days onsite
- Able to commute to the office by either your own car or public transport
- Cargowise system
