We are seeking detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our Production team in a highly regulated GMP environment based in Frenchs Forest.
About the Role
Working within a designated production team, you will assist in the preparation, processing and packaging of human tissue grafts while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
This role operates across varying hours Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required based on operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture and process human tissue allografts to strict GMP standards
- Perform tissue cleaning, preparation, cutting and packaging in aseptic environments
- Maintain sterile cleanroom environments and controlled workspaces
- Operate and maintain production equipment and instrumentation
- Support inventory, packaging and dispatch activities
- Complete documentation accurately and maintain audit-ready records
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures and quality requirements at all times
About You
- Diploma of Applied Laboratory Techniques or similar qualification preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, laboratory, healthcare or GMP environments highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Understanding of aseptic technique or microbiological principles advantageous
- Able to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible to work varying shifts and occasional weekends
