We're growing our team in Seven Hills and are looking for a driven, people focused Recruitment Consultant to support our industrial desk. This role is delivery and admin focused, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and thriving in a fast paced environment.
Whether you've worked in recruitment before or come from a high volume background such as retail, hospitality, administration or sales, if you're passionate about helping people into work, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
This is a hands on delivery and support role, focused on candidate management, compliance and day-to-day recruitment operations.
- Screening resumes and conducting candidate interviews
- Coordinating onboarding, including VEVO and compliance checks
- Filling temporary job orders across warehousing, logistics and manufacturing
- Managing rosters and supporting timesheets and payroll processes
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring candidates are job-ready
- Visiting client sites across Western and South West Sydney with the team
About You

- Have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
- Be able to manage competing priorities and stay calm when things get busy
- Enjoy problem-solving and taking initiative
- Be organised, reliable and detail-focused
- Be keen to learn and build a long-term career in recruitment
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transport
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
