We're looking for a motivated Stone Fabricator to join our production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and take pride in producing high-quality stone products, we'd love to hear from you.
Working with a supportive team, you'll be involved in fabricating, polishing, and finishing premium stone surfaces while developing your skills across a range of specialist machinery and production techniques.

About the Role
As a Stone Fabricator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality stone products to meet customer specifications and production schedules. You'll receive ongoing training and have opportunities to expand your skills across different fabrication equipment and processes.
Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, polish and mitre stone products to a high standard using production drawings and job sheets.
• Operate stone fabrication machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Report defects or quality concerns promptly.
• Prepare products for further processing, packing and dispatch.
• Load and pack A-Frames for delivery as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Participate in toolbox meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop your skills across multiple machines and fabrication processes through ongoing training.

Skills & ExperienceIdeally, you'll have:

• Experience in stone masonry, stone fabrication or a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using fabrication machinery or production equipment (highly regarded).
• An understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• A willingness to learn new machinery and develop new skills.
• A current White Card (Construction Induction Card) is essential.
