Shift time: 2pm - 10pm Monday - Friday
Shift Loading: 15%

About the Role
Lead the 2pm-10pm shift in a busy steel warehouse, coordinating daily operations while working hands-on with the team. You'll drive safe, accurate truck loading and ensure orders are picked and dispatched to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse staff during the 2pm-10pm shift
• Coordinate daily warehouse workflow and dispatch priorities
• Safely load steel trucks and oversee order accuracy
• Operate overhead crane (essential) and forklift (preferred)
• Use RF scanning systems to manage stock movement and dispatch accuracy
• Maintain strong safety standards and compliance across the shift

About You

Experienced in steel or heavy materials warehousing, you're reliable, safety-focused, physically capable, and confident leading from the front in a hands-on team environment.
You will bring:

• Previous leading hand or supervisory experience
• Overhead crane experience (essential)
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Experience using RF scanners or similar systems
