About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee receiving and despatch operations at the Sydney warehouse. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities while supervising, coaching, and supporting a team of Stores Operators.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing receiving and despatch functions, including booking freight services
• Supervising, coaching, and training Stores Operators to meet performance targets
• Performing cycle counts and monitoring stock levels of consumables
• Supporting manufacturing operations and managing job release and closure
• Maintaining warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and established processes
• Meeting KPIs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About You
You're a proactive, hands-on warehouse leader who leads by example. You take pride in running safe, organised operations and supporting your team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You'll bring:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics
• A current forklift licence
• Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, email)
• Physical capability to meet manual handling requirements
