Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operations

We are partnering with a leading Australian third-party logistics (3PL) provider with more than 75 years of industry experience. Operating across ambient, chilled, frozen, and temperature-controlled environments, Our client delivers end-to-end supply chain services to major food, beverage, FMCG, and specialty-product brands. Their modern facilities support warehousing, inventory management, thawing, repacking, quality assurance, and national distribution, all delivered with precision, compliance, and exceptional customer care.

As a Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in supporting daily production and warehouse operations within a chilled environment. This hands-on role involves operating forklifts, assisting with production line tasks, and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently.

Location: Yennora NSW
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday | 6:30am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
• Carry out manual assembly and quality control tasks.
• Rotate through various production and warehouse workstations.
• Safely operate counterbalance and/or high-reach forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and palletised stock.
• Move, stack, and organise inventory in ambient and chilled areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods and materials.
• Label, wrap, and palletise goods as required.

Skills & Experience

• Valid LF forklift licence.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment - Counter Balance & High Reach.
• Previous experience working on a production line
• Physically fit and confident performing manual handling.
• Effective communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
