As the Warehouse/ Production Manager, you'll take ownership of all warehouse, production, and distribution operations at the St Marys site. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead a diverse team, oversee end-to-end material flow, and ensure products are manufactured, stored, and delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with customer and business needs. You'll oversee daily operations, guide production planning, maintain inventory integrity, and champion quality and WHS standards across all processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily warehouse and production operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and budget alignment
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a diverse team while setting clear performance expectations
- Coordinate and optimise workflows across receiving, production, storage, dispatch, and delivery
- Plan and schedule production to meet deadlines, minimise bottlenecks, and support manufacturing output
- Report on production performance, inventory accuracy, DIFOT, productivity and safety metrics
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, site layout, and operational workflows
- Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales to align material flow with business demand
- Support the introduction of new equipment, automation, and process improvements

What You'll Bring
- Experience in Production or warehouse operations management, ideally within manufacturing, building supplies, or construction materials
- Solid understanding of production workflows, scheduling, and process optimisation alongside warehouse best practice, including stock control, logistics, dispatch, and inventory accuracy
- Proven success leading and motivating teams across multiple functions (forklift, pick/pack, drivers, supervisors)
- Experience working with WMS/ERP systems and data-driven reporting
