Partnering closely with the Factory Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, optimise production performance, and empower teams to deliver products that stand the test of time. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor fabrication and assembly teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Manage expectations proactively, facilitate clear communication, and ensure all parties remain informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.
• Operations & Scheduling: Oversee production workflows, project timelines, materials, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery across residential and commercial projects.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the go‑to expert in aluminium window and door manufacturing, installation processes, hardware, and troubleshooting.
• Customer Service: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Safety & Compliance: Uphold industry standards, building regulations and workplace safety protocols across all operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background in aluminium window and door fabrication and installation.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, installation techniques, hardware, and small parts. Experience using V6 Window & Door estimating software is also highly regarded.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Problem‑Solving: Skilled at resolving complex operational and on‑site challenges with confidence and clarity.
