Project Manager

We're after a hands-on Project Manager who knows their way around logistics and warehousing - someone who can roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and keep things moving when it counts.



This role's all about managing key operational projects - customer go-lives, site relocations, vendor coordination, stakeholder wrangling - the lot. You'll need to be comfortable running multiple moving parts while keeping everyone on track and the detail tight.



The work itself will cover things like:

• Leading warehouse and site projects from planning through to delivery
• Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and landlords
• Keeping budgets, timelines, and reporting under control
• Finding better ways of doing things - process, cost, and performance wise

Who we're after:



You'll bring solid experience managing logistics or 3PL projects (around five years or more) and you'll know what it takes to deliver in a fast-paced, people-heavy environment. A background in warehouse design or supply chain implementation would be a big plus.



You'll also need to be confident dealing with stakeholders, calm when things get busy, and someone who can influence without needing to shout about it.
