About the role
We're after a hands-on Project Manager who knows their way around complex logistics environments, someone who can roll up their sleeves, drive outcomes, and keep large-scale projects moving with precision.
This role is all about owning the delivery of critical customer and operational initiatives. From site setups and closures, to process improvements, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management, you'll be the one keeping everything aligned, on track, and moving forward.
Key responsibilities include:
You'll take charge of a diverse portfolio of operational and customer projects, including:
- Leading multi-site project initiatives across warehousing, freight, and contract logistics
- Driving productivity and error reduction through CI programs
- Overseeing labour planning, equipment management, and operational cost optimisation
- Running project meetings, facilitating workshops, and bringing teams together
- Identifying risks early and ensuring smart, effective resolutions
- Reporting, tracking, and delivering projects with accuracy and accountability
About you
You're a confident project manager with experience delivering large or complex operational projects, preferably in logistics, freight, supply chain, or large-scale industrial environments.
You'll bring:
- Previous end to end Project Management experience
- Experience leading teams (direct or matrix) and guiding people through change
- Solid understanding of freight forwarding, warehousing, or transport operations
- Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems before they escalate
