We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. If you're passionate about safety, efficiency, and building strong relationships, this is the role for you.

• Drive a Safety-First Culture: Promote safe practices, hazard awareness, and compliance with all protocols.
• Operational Excellence: Use your expertise in warehouse management systems and planning to optimise efficiency.
• Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team through clear communication, strong leadership, and regular feedback.
• Customer Focus: Implement initiatives that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build Relationships: Support Team Leaders and operational staff to achieve objectives and deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure Compliance: Conduct daily inspections and implement preventive measures for a safe workplace.

• Proven supervisory experience in a warehouse environment (3PL experience highly regarded).
• Skilled in building and maintaining customer relationships via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with confidence in interpreting data for reporting.
• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for health and safety.
• Forklift License and experience (higly regarded)
