Our client, a global industry leader in machinery and logistics solutions, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Partner to join their dynamic team at the Melbourne Distribution Centre in Tullamarine.
In this pivotal role, you'll support the business by delivering high-quality HR services and managing complex administrative processes that keep people operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, you'll contribute to operational excellence across all facets of HR - from payroll and compliance to employee engagement and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and timely execution of HR processes including employment compliance, payroll, benefits, and absence management.
Provide exceptional service to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Coordinate Reward and Recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
Support continuous improvement across HR operations and maintain the HR knowledge database.
Assist in gathering, analysing, and reporting HR operational metrics.
About You
You're an organised and proactive HR professional with a passion for service excellence and operational precision. You bring a strong understanding of HR processes and compliance, along with the confidence to support and advise managers in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful, you will have:
3-5 years' experience in a similar HR operations or generalist role.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrated experience in process improvement and HR systems administration.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively within a large organisation.
(Desirable) Experience in logistics or within a global organisation.
