Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to deliver strategic people and workforce solutions.
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, transformation, talent and capability initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex, sensitive and high-risk people matters.
- Use workforce insights and data to identify emerging trends, risks and talent needs, ensuring solutions align with legislation, enterprise agreements and governance frameworks.
- Coach and mentor P&C team members, strengthening capability and consistency across the function.
You’ll be an accomplished senior HR/P&C professional with the credibility and commercial judgement to operate as a strategic partner to executive and senior leadership within a complex organisation.
You’ll bring:
- Relevant HR qualification with extensive generalist experience across ER/IR, workforce planning, organisational design and complex people matters.
- Proven experience partnering with executive and senior leaders on strategic people, workforce and organisational matters.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change, transformation and organisational design initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, enterprise agreements and governance, with experience across talent, succession and workforce capability planning.
