An established mortgage brokerage with over 20 years of success is experiencing significant business growth and is looking to welcome an experienced Client-Facing Parabroker to their expanding team.
With a strong pipeline of quality leads and an excellent reputation in the industry, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing business where you'll work closely with brokers, clients, and lenders while being supported by an experienced team and offshore processing support.
The Role
As a Client-Facing Parabroker, you will play a key role in supporting the lending process from application through to settlement. You'll be the main point of contact for clients throughout their journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support brokers throughout the end-to-end loan application process.
Liaise directly with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Prepare and manage loan documentation.
Monitor applications and proactively progress files to settlement.
Work collaboratively with offshore processing support.
Provide exceptional customer service and regular client updates.
Maintain accurate records using the business CRM system.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Parabroker, Lending Support Officer, Loan Processor, Credit Analyst, or a similar role within the mortgage industry.
Confidence communicating directly with clients and lenders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with Connective or Nexus CRM (highly regarded).
