About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Site Measurer to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition from sales through to production, with a strong focus on site measurements, customer communication, and technical accuracy.
You'll act as the main point of contact for site-related matters, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate drawings for production
- Liaise with customers, both in person and remotely, regarding site requirements
- Act as the primary contact for all site-related queries (cabinetry, stone installation, etc.)
- Review project details following handover from the sales team
- Identify and communicate any site issues that may impact fabrication or installation
- Provide practical solutions and document any required rectifications
- Collaborate with scheduling and pre-production teams to meet project timelines
- Ensure all required information is complete for successful project progression
- Support projects through to installation by assisting with technical queries
What You'll Bring
