Project Site Measurer

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Site Measurer to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition from sales through to production, with a strong focus on site measurements, customer communication, and technical accuracy.

You'll act as the main point of contact for site-related matters, working closely with internal teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site measurements and prepare accurate drawings for production

• Liaise with customers, both in person and remotely, regarding site requirements

• Act as the primary contact for all site-related queries (cabinetry, stone installation, etc.)

• Review project details following handover from the sales team

• Identify and communicate any site issues that may impact fabrication or installation

• Provide practical solutions and document any required rectifications

• Collaborate with scheduling and pre-production teams to meet project timelines

• Ensure all required information is complete for successful project progression

• Support projects through to installation by assisting with technical queries

What You'll Bring

• Experience in cabinetry, stone, or a related construction industry

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to problem-solve and think practically on-site

• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team

• Good organisational and documentation skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure
