About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software
• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements
• Liaise with customers, insurers, suppliers, and workshop staff
• Manage quotations, approvals, and repair progress updates
• Maintain accurate job records and documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience as an Estimator in smash repairs or a strong automotive background
• Understands vehicle repair processes and insurance workflows
• Is confident using estimating software and digital systems
• Is proactive, organised, and customer-focused
• Has strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail

💡 While our preference is to appoint an experienced Estimator, we also welcome applications from experienced Panel Beaters and other automotive professionals looking to step into an estimating role.
