About the Role Reporting to the management team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing administrative and operational support across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Checking inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment
- Liaising with suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries
- Monitoring stock availability and communicating lead times to customers
- Maintaining accurate customer, product and inventory records
- Supporting the day-to-day coordination of the office and warehouse
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in a customer service, administration or office coordination role
- Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional presentation and confident manner when dealing with walk-in customers
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed
