A reputable and well-established company with a long history in Perth offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including accounting coordination across several related entities, day-to-day trade operations, and general office administration. 

While bookkeeping and accounting functions for these entities are outsourced to external accounting firms, this role serves as the point of contact, coordinating with these firms and supporting activities including: 

• Provision of supporting information and documentation 
• Responding to accounting-related queries 
• Assisting with reconciliations 
• Supporting month-end and year-end processes 
• Preparing documentation for audits 

You: 

• Practical accounting knowledge by study or bookkeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. 
• Unlimited work rights: Partner visa , Permanent Resident, Australia Citizen 
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system would be highly regarded but not necessary 
• Japanese language skills would also be an advantage, although they are not essential. 
• The position titles above are currently working titles, so if you feel there are more suitable titles based on the responsibilities, the title can be changed
