Are you an experienced HR Operations professional with hands-on Workday experience?
Our client is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join their team on a 12-month full-time contract. This role is ideal for someone who has strong practical experience using Workday within an HR Operations environment and can confidently manage HR processes with minimal supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can contribute immediately and support a professional HR team in a hybrid working environment.
About the Role
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring accurate HR system management and employee lifecycle support.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and maintain employee data and HR records within Workday
- Process HR transactions including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and exits
- Provide hands-on HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data and documentation
- Generate HR reports and support HR data analysis
- Respond to employee and stakeholder HR queries
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
- Work closely with HR teams and business stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
✅ Strong hands-on experience using Workday in HR Operations
✅ Previous experience as an HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HRIS Administrator, or HR Operations Specialist
✅ Proven ability to manage HR transactions independently
✅ Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✅ Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Mandatory Requirements
⚠️ Please only apply if you meet the following requirements:
- You must currently be residing in Melbourne and available to work from Melbourne during the full 12-month contract period
- You must have full working rights in Australia and be able to commit to the full 12-month contract duration
- You must have proven hands-on Workday experience within HR Operations
- You must be able to commute to the office in Mulgrave with no issue with transportation
