What You'll Do
Depending on your role, duties may include:

• Creating safe, engaging, play-based learning environments
• Supporting children's developmental milestones and learning outcomes
• Building strong relationships with families and the centre community
• Delivering quality programs aligned to the Early Years Learning Framework
• Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards
• Leading, mentoring, or supporting educators (leadership roles)
• Preparing nutritious meals and supporting children's wellbeing (Cook roles)

What You'll Bring
Requirements vary between roles but may include:

• A relevant Early Childhood qualification (Cert III, Diploma, Bachelor of ECT)
• Leadership experience (for Director and Assistant Director roles)
• Prior experience in early childhood education
• A valid Working with Children Check / Ochre Card / Blue Card (state-based)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
• Food Safety qualifications (for Cook roles)
• A warm, caring, inclusive approach to working with children and families
• A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
