An exciting opportunity awaits for an organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a leading professional services organisation in Brisbane City.
Working closely with the Team Coordinator, you'll provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a team of seven within a high-performing and growing division.
This role would suit someone with experience in office administration, reception, team assistance or corporate support who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting others and working in a fast-paced professional environment.

- Full-time, 6-month fixed term contract

- Support the Team Coordinator and wider team with day-to-day administration
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, itineraries and associated expenses
- Organise internal meetings, team activities, training and events
- Support new starter onboarding and employee administration
- Prepare and format documents, presentations and communications
- Assist with client engagement administration and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and document registers
- Assist with project closure, document collation and archiving
- Manage competing requests and changing priorities
- Provide general operational and administrative support across the team
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Previous experience in office administration, reception, team assistance, practice support or a similar position
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience coordinating meetings, travel or general office administration
- Good Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and basic Excel
- The ability to prioritise effectively when managing competing requests
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
- A personable, resilient and collaborative working style
- The ability to work professionally with senior stakeholders and confidential information
