Pick/Packer

Hours: 8AM - 4PM

Pay Rate: $33.38 per hour

We are seeking a reliable and committed Warehouse Pick/Packer to join a leading paint manufacturer. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity - perfect for someone looking to build stability and grow with the business.

About the Role

You'll be trained on the job and supported to succeed. Key responsibilities include:

• Picking: Locating and selecting paint tins, cartons, or related stock items from shelves or pallets based on customer orders.
• Packing: Preparing and packing orders securely for safe transport to retail outlets, trade customers, or direct deliveries.
• Labelling & Checking: Printing and attaching labels, checking batch numbers, and ensuring correct order quantities.
• Loading/Unloading & Heavy Lifting: Regularly lifting and moving paint tins, cartons, and drums (some heavy), assisting with loading packed goods onto pallets or trucks, sometimes using pallet jacks or forklifts (if licensed).
• Warehouse Support: General housekeeping, stock control, and maintaining safety in the warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
• Must be available full time and willing to commit long term (not just a few weeks or months).
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely around paint and chemical products.
