Key Responsibilities:
- Machine operation within the steel production process
- Ensure all production activities align with quality and safety standards
- Conduct regular checks on machinery and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow production schedules to achieve output targets
- Keep work areas tidy, organised, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in steel production or machine operation is desirable, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and gain hands-on training in steel manufacturing processes
- Strong focus on safety and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and meet production goals
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Physically fit and able to meet the requirements of the role
