HOBAN Recruitment are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator/Customer Service Representative to support warehouse and transport operations for a well‑established client located in Yennora, NSW. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administrative tasks with customer interaction and thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key Details:
- Rate: $33.73 per hour
- Monday to Friday |8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow all WHS, Quality, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) policies and legal requirements
- Provide professional, positive customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, escalating issues where required
- Maintain clear, timely communication with customers, transport providers, and warehouse teams
- Ensure accuracy of warehouse, transport, and billing documentation
- Prepare basic KPI and performance reports
- Adhere to SOPs for order processing, billing, and stock movements
- Support stocktakes, customer visits, and onsite operational activities
- Assist with general administrative support within the warehouse function
About You:
- Previous customer service experience - essential
- Experience within logistics, transport, or warehousing environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills
- Experience using warehouse or transport management systems
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- High attention to detail with a proactive, can‑do attitude
