Forklift Driver

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy 3PL warehouse operation based in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This role suits reliable, safety-focused operators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to daily warehouse operations.

Shift Details

• Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm
  

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Crown joystick high-reach forklifts
  
• Bulk order picking using RF scanners
  
• Inbound and outbound duties, including receiving and dispatch
  
• Replenishments and putaways
  
• Manual handling up to 25kg
  
• Working to daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  

About You

• Valid NSW High Risk Work LF licence
  
• Proven experience operating high-reach forklifts
  
• Previous warehousing or distribution experience
  
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to meet daily targets
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
• Available to work Monday to Friday
