Warehouse Operations Administrator

We're seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator to support a fast‑paced distribution environment in Hallam. This is a casual assignment, offering day‑shift hours and hands‑on operational variety.
About the Role
In this role, you'll support the full warehouse workflow by:
- Inbound: validating container deliveries, scanning LPNs into the WMS, and investigating discrepancies.
- Outbound: ensuring accurate dispatch, scanning LPNs to fulfil orders, applying new OLPNs to pallets, and scanning outbound loads.
- Inventory: performing system reconciliations, cycle counts, variance reporting, and resolving stock discrepancies promptly.
Knowledge of Manhattan WMS is highly desirable.
A site risk assessment will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
What You Need
- Full‑time working rights in Australia
- Reliable transport to commute to Hallam for early 6am starts
- Availability Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm + every second Saturday
- Strong attention to detail and confidence using warehouse scanning systems
- Ability to work autonomously and follow operational processes accurately
